About French Macaron

Macaron cookies ke jaise dikhne wala confectionery food hai, cookies ke mukable Macaron se jayada calories milti hai, Macaron ke beech me filling ke liye kai flavour ke ganache ka use kiya jata hai, Macaron ko banane ke liye egg white, almond flour, icing sugar, castor sugar ka use kiya jata hai.
Macaron french ka bana confectionery food hai, jisko ab her desho me banaya jata hai, lekin french aur Italian Macaron puri duniya me jayad famous hai, waise to french aur Italian Macaron me jayada anter na hota hai, french Macaron meringue ka taste thoda kam meetha hota hai aur Italian Macaron ka meringue jayada meetha hota hai..
Italian chef Catherine De Medici ke dawara pahli baar Macaron french me paramparik roop se punarjagaran ke dauran pesh kiya gya tha .
Kuch logo ka mann na hai ki Macaron 8th century se he banaya jata hai, Lekin Larousse Gastrnomique ke anusar Macaron 1791 me astitav me aaya tha , pahle log Macaron me ganache ki jagah jam ka prayog kerte they.

Baking Heat:- 325⁰F, 160⁰c
Baking time:- 10-15 minutes
Recipe:-
Almond flour:-         150 gm
Icing sugar:-             140 gm
Egg white:-               100 gm
Castor sugar:-           100 gm
Process of making : In Hindi
Step1:- sabse pahle egg white ko beat karenge jab tak sort pick form na ho jaye.
Step2:- phir beat kar rahe egg white me castor sugar thoda thoda kerke daalte rahenge , jab tak stiffly peak form me na aa jaye , yadi aap colour daalna chahte hai to colour daal le.
Step3:- phir usme almond flour ko thoda thoda ker ke dalenge aur spetula se milayeng.
Step4:- Ab Macaron ke batter ko piping me bhar lenge .
Step5:- piping me bharne ke baad silicon wale Macaron mold pe dalenge , dalne ke baad mold ko thoda thoda patak denge taki uske ander ka air nikal jaye.
Step6:- kam se kam 30 minutes rest denge.
Step7:- preheated oven me 170⁰c pe 10-15 minutes tak pakaye 10 minutes baad tray ko ghuma le.
Note:- Bake hone ke baad thanda kerke paked daana me bharker refrigerator me rakhe aur ganache feeling kerke serve kare.
Process of making:-  In english
Step1:-First we beat egg white, until turn into sort pick form..
Step2:- Now add castor sugar in in egg little by little and beat until turn into stiffly peak form, if you want colourful macroon you can add gel colour. 
Step3:- Now we add almond flour little by little and mix well with spetula.
Step4:Now we fill the Macaron batter in piping bag.

Step5:- Now on silicon Macaron sheet we  make Macaron..

Step6:- Atleast give 30 rest at room temperature.
Step7:- Bake at Preheated oven 160⁰c for 10 -15 minutes.

Note:- Store Macaron in close jar in refrigerator and serve by hanche filling or butter cream filling.
