About Mandarin roll

Mandarin roll eak prakar ka bread hai , jisko steam ki madad se pakaya jata hai. Mandarin roll china ka bana bread hai . Mandarin roll ko plain aur condensed milk ke sath bhi khaya jata hai, Mandarin roll flour , baking powder , icing sugar , yeast , milk ko mila ke banaya jata hai.. mandarian bread khane me bahut light food hota hai. Mandarian roll ko bahut sare flavours me banaya jata hai.

Baking timing ( steamer) :- 1.30 hours

Ingredients:- Flour , baking powder , icing sugar , yeast , water, milk powder.

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                       250 gm

Baking powder:-      1/2 TSP

Sugar:-                       10gm

Yeast:-                         5gm

Water:-                       75+90 ml

Milk powder:-           10 gm

Salt:-                            4 gm

Oil/ buttter:-              3 TSP


Process of making:- In English

Step1:- Sabse pahle warm water/milk lenge usme yeast daalke ghol lenge.

Step2:- Ab eak bowl me Flour , baking powder , salt , sugar , lenge aur esme melt kiya hua yeast wala milk / water dalenge , aur dough ko knead karenge , jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye, jab Dough eakdam smooth ho jaye to use Greased kiye huye bowl me 30-40 minutes proffing hone ke liye rakhe.

Step3:- Jab dough proffing ho jaye to use bowl se nikal ke phir se kneading kare , jabtak phir se eakdam smooth na ho jaye, Ab dough ko table pe belker 30 cm ka square sheet banaye, Ab sheet pe 15-20 ml oil ya room temperature butter spread kare ,Ab. Sheet pe small size ka cut kiya hua spring onion dale, aur sheet ko rool kare.

Step4:- Ab roll ko eak side se 4-5 mm mota cut kare , aur 2 piece ko eak sath leker thoda keechker 7 cm tak lamba kare, aur thoda sa ghuma ke mod le.

Step5:- Ab butter paper pe rakh ke 1.30 hours tak steamer me bake kare.


Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First mix instant dry yeast in normal warm milk / water.

Step2:- Now in a bowl take flour , baking powder , sugar , salt by adding yeast miexd water / milk in bowl knead the dough untill become smooth and elastic,  when dough become smooth keep it in a greased bowl for 30-40 minutes for proffing.

Step3:- When dough proffed , remove it from bowl and again knead the dough until become soft and smooth. Now with the help of roller or sheeter machine make dough 30 cm square sheet spread oil or room temperature butter  and also some flour, and then spread some smaller size spring onion and roll the dough.

Step4:- Now cut the dough 4 mm width from one side , and take 2 pieces at once and stretch 7cm and give a original shape.

Step5:- Keep the roll on butter paper and bake in steamer for 1 hours and 30 minutes .
