Recipe :- 

Flour:-          1 kg 

Fat:-              500 gm 

Icing sugar:- 250 gm 

Milk :-  As required 

Curd:-       100 ml 

Ginger paste :-  100 gm 

Coriander leaves:- 160 gm 

Curry leaves:-  100 gm 

Green chilli:-     100 gm 

Process of making

Step1:- Mix the butter with icing sugar.

Step2:- Now add all rest ingredients.

Step3:- Add milk as required and make a smooth dough.

Step4:- Make a sheet of dough and cut in your desire size and design.

Step5:- Put them in a clean tray and bake in preheated oven at 165⁰c for 15 minutes.
