Is Math subject compulsory for bakery and pastry course ??

No , math subject is not compulsory for bakery pastry courses.

For Diploma in bakery and pastry  you should be passed in 10th with minimum 45% of mark with any subject.

But  for bachelor degree you should be passed in intermediate with minimum 45% of mark .
