About Pine apple Bun

Pineapple bun eak prakar ka Hong Kong ka bana bread hai , jo ki china aur Hong Kong me bahut he famous hai . Pineapple bun me two layers hote hai first layer bread dough hota hai aur second layer cookies dough hota hai. Pine apple Bun ki kisi bhi parakar ka pineapple flavour nhi hota hai. Sirf eske uper wala layer pineapple jaisa dikhta hai . Pineapple bun eak prakar ka sweet bread hai jisko bake kerne se pahle uspe egg wash kiya jata hai. Pineapple bun ko banane ke liye flour , milk , egg sugar , yeast , salt , baking powder , baking soda , butter , vanilla essence ka use kiya jata hai.

Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Baking timing:-  15-20 minutes

Ingredients:- flour , milk , egg sugar , yeast , salt , baking powder , baking soda , butter , vanilla essence.

Recipe:- 

For bread dough.

Flour:-            480 gm

Milk:-              250 gm

Egg:-                1 nos

Sugar:-            70 gm

Yeast:-             12 gm

Salt:-                 06 gm


For Topping dough:- 

Flour:-                           145 gm

Baking powder:-         4gm

Baking soda:-               04 gm

Castor sugar:-               125 gm

Butter:-                         60 gm

Milk:-                             As kneeded

Vanilla essence:-         1 tsp


Process of making:- In Hindi

• Bread dough

Step1:- Sabse pahle milk ko thoda warm ker lenge phir usme yeast ko daalker acchi tarah mix ker lenge.

Step2:- Eak bowl lenge phir usme flour , sugar , salt , egg , aur phir milk daalker dough ki kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye, phir usko Greased kiye bol me double size ka hone tak rakhe. 

Step3:- Ab dough ko punch kerke uska air nikal de aur , dough ko equal weightme divide ker denge, phir dough ko bun shape me bana ke greased tray me rakhe.

For topping dough

Step4:- Ab topping banane ke liye eak bowl le phir usme flour , baking powder , baking soda , sugar , butter , vanilla essence daalker acchhe se mix kare , phir acche se kneading kare.

Step5:- Ab topping dough ko rolling kerke patla sheet jaisa banaye phir usko round cutter se cut ker le phir usko bun ke uper shift kare , aur knife ki madad se topping dough pe pineapple cross jaisa mark kare. Aur 30-35 minutes proffing ke liye rakke

Step6:- Ab bun proffed ho jaye to usko eggwash kare phir preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 16-20 minutes bake kare.

Process of making:- In English

•Bread dough.

Step1:- First little warm milk and add yeast and mix well.

Step2:- Now in a bowl take flour , sugar , salt , eggs and by  milk mix and knead the dough until become soft and smooth. And keep for 2 hours for become double in size.

Step3:- Now punch the dough and remove the air, and divide in equal weight and make a shape of bun and keeep in Greased tray.

For topping dough

Step4:- Now for making topping dough, In a bowl take flour , baking powder , baking soda , sugar , butter , vanilla essence and mix and knead the dough well.

Step5:- Now roll the topping dough and make a thik sheet cut the dough with round cutter and shift it on the top of bun, and with knife make pine apple shape of topping. And keep it for proffing.

Step6:- When dough proffed wash with egg and bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 15-20 minutes.
