Conchas eak maxican sweet bread hai , aur yeah maxican ka traditional bread bhi hai . Eska name conchas esliye pada kyuki eske uper seashell ke jaisa shape bana hota hai ( aur Spanish me choncha ka matalab shell hita hai). Conchas me two layer hote hai first layer bread roll aur dusra sugar paste sheet hota hai jo ki sugar , shortening , flour se banaya jata hai . Conchas pe shell pattern banane ke liye uspe uper shell cuttter se press kerke banaya jata hai. Conchas pe jo sugar paste sheet dala jata hai woh different colours aur different flavours ka ho sakta hai. Conchas maxican aur United States ki bakery me kafi famous hai. Conchas ko coffee ke sath breakfast me liya jata hai , conchas ka bread dough me flour , yeast , malt , sugar , salt , egg, cinnemon powder milk butter dala jata hai.

Recipe:-
• For bread
Flour:- 450gm
Yeast:- 10gm
Malt:- 10gm
Sugar:- 50 gm
Salt:- 10gm
Egg:- 2 nos
Cinnemon:- 1/2 TSP
Milk:- 200ml
Butter:- 100gm
• For sugar paste or faster
Shortening:- 340 gm
Castor sugar:- 340gm
Flour:- 500gm
Coco powder:- As required
Colour:- As needed
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle milk ko thoda warm ker lenge , phir usme butter, yeast , egg daal ke acchi tarah mix ker lenge.
Step2:- Ab eak bowl lenge , bowl me flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder lenge phir usme milk daalker dough ki kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam soft and smooth na ho jaye, phir dough ko Greased kiye huye bowl me double size ka hone tak rakhenge.
Step3:- Ab stand mixer me shortening aur castor sugar daalke wisk se beat karenge jab tak ki light cream na ho jaye phir usme flour daalke mix ker lenge.
Step4:- Ab bread dough ko surface pe daalke punch kerke fold kerke uska air nikal denge , Ab 50 gm ke equal weight me divide ker denge, phir usko round ball jaisa bana ke tray me rakhe.
Step5:- Ab sugar paste dough ko round sheet bana ke bread roll pe daale aur shell cutter ki madad se press kerke uspe shell ka shape banaye . Aur phir proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step6:- Preheated oven me 185⁰c pe 18-20 minutes bake kare .
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First little warm milk then add butter , sugar , yeast , egg , and mix well.
Step2:- Now in a bowl take Flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder , and then add milk and knead the dough until become soft and smooth, and keep the dough in Greased bowl until become double in size.
Step3:- Now in stand mixer put shortening and and castor sugar and beat with wisk until become stiffly peak form and then add flour and mix well.
Step4:- Now pour the dough on surface punch and fold and divided into 50 gm equal weight and make a shape of ball and keep in Greased tray.
Step5:- Now make a round sheet with sugar paste dough and keep on the top of bread ball, and with help of shell cuttter pressing on top make shell shape . And keep it for proffing.
Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 185⁰c for 18-20 minutes.
