Pan Brioche eak prakar ka sweet bread hai . Jo ki french Brioche se kafi milta julta hai . Pan Brioche Itly ka bana sweet bread hai . Pan Brioche ka bahut sara variation hota hai jaise pan Brioche dalce , pan Brioche salato , pan Brioche farcito.

Baking temperature:– 200⁰c
Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:- Flour , milk , yeast ,eggs , sugar , butter , salt.
Recipe:-
Flour:- 450gm
Milk:- 200 ml ( not more than 110⁰c)
Yeast:- 20gm
Eggs:- 100gm
Sugar:- 50gm
Butter:- 50gm
Salt:- 1 pinch
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle milk ko normally warm ker lenge phir usme yeast , butter , sugar , salt , egg , daalke acche se mix ker lenge.
Step2:- Ab eak bowl lenge phir usme milk aur flour daalenge aur acche se mix karenge.
Step3:- phir usko surface pe daalke acche se kneading karenge jabtak dough eakdam soft smooth na ho jaye.
Step4:- Ab dough ko refrigerator me overnight rest denge , ya 10-15 minutes rest denge.
Step5:- Ab dough ko equal weight me divide ker lenge , phir usko round ball jaisa shape denge , phir greased kiye tray me rakhenge , aur phir proffer me proofing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step6:- Jab dough proffed ho jaye to uspe egg wash kare phir preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First normally warm milk 110⁰c, then add yeast , butter , sugar , salt , egg and mix well.
Step2:- Now in a bowl take flour and milk and mix well
Step3:- Now dust some flour on surface and knead the dough until become soft and smooth.
Step4:- wrap the dough and keep in refrigerator for overnight or 10-15 minutes.
Step5:- After 15 minutes again knead dough untill become smooth and elastic, now cut the dough equal weight and give a ball shape, and keep in Greased tray, and keep 40-45 minutes for proffing.
Step6:- When dough proffed wash with egg and bake in preheated temperature at 200⁰c for 15-20 minutes.
