Pizza sauce 

Ingredients:- 

Olive oil :-                24 ml 

Chopped garlic :-    10 gm

Chilli flakes :-          10 gm 

Orgeno:-                   6gm 

Tomato concasse:- 200 gm 

Basil leaves:-           7-10 piece

Salt :-                         According to taste

Sugar:-                      6 gm 

Process of making:- 

1:- For making pizza sauce , first keep pan at medium heat , pour olives oil , chopped garlic , origano and mix well.

2:- Now add tomato concasse basil leaves , salt , and sugar and mix and cook untill mixture become thick and smooth.
