Red velvet cake
Ingredient
2 egg
1/2 cup flour/125ml
1 tb sp coco powder/15ml
1/2 t sp baking powder/2.5 ml
1/2 cup sugar/125 ml
1/2 cup oil/125 ml
1 t sp vinegar/5 ml
1/2 t sp baking soda/2.5 ml
1/2 tea sp redvelvet essence/2.5 ml
for butter milk:
1tb sp milk powder/15 ml
1/2 cup/125 ml water (room temperature)
1 t sp lemon juice/2.5 ml
Process of making:-
1:- In a bowl take flour , Coco powder , baking powder , , and mix well.
For buttermilk
2:- In a bowl take water , milk powder and lemon juice and mix well.
3:- In another bowl take egg and beat and add icing sugar , add oil and beat well , now add all dry ingredients , now add buttermilk and mix the batter with spetula.
4:- Now add vinegar and baking soda and tomato red colour and redvelvet essence and mix with spetula.
5:- Bake in preheated oven at 175⁰c for 25-30 minutes.
