Salt rusk


                       Salt Rusk Recipe 


Flour :-           1 kg 

Sugar:-           60 gm 

Salt:-               20 gm

Milk powder :- 15 gm 

Yeast :-             25 gm 

Water :-          550 ml 

Oil:-                  40 ml

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First mix yeast in water .

Step2:- Now  take flour , sugar  , Salt, milk powder now add water and knead the dough with hand or machine, when dough mix well add oil and make smooth dough.

Step3:- Now put the dough in greased square mold for proof.

Step3:- When proffed , bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 25-30 minutes until become golden brown.

Step:- Now cool and slice into quarter inch thickness.

Step5:- Keep the slices into a cream tray.

Step6:- Dry it at 150⁰c for 25-30 minutes.
