About sausage bun

Sausage bun eak prakar ka Savoury snacks  hai jo ki kisi bhi bakeries me aasani se mila jata hai . Sausage bun ko banane ke liye sabse pahle bun ka dough taiya kiya jata hai , phir dough ko sausage ke uper lapeta jata hai . Sausage bun banane me sausage , flour , yeast , sugar , egg , buttter , salt , milk ka use kiya jata hai . Sausage bun khhane me tasty aur spicy lagta hai . Sausage bun ko adhikter launch me liye jata hai. Sausage bun bahut sare flavours me banaye jate hai.

Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Baking timing:- 15-25 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour , yeast , sugar , egg , Butter , salt , milk, sausage.

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                     500gm

Yeast:-                     10 gm

Sugar:-                     15 gm

Egg:-                        1.5 nos

Butter:-                   50 gm

Salt:-                         10gm

Milk:-                      130 ml

Sausage:-                15-25 piece

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle milk ko thoda warm ker lenge aur usme yeast daal ke mix ker lenge.

Step2:- Ab eak bowl me sugar , salt , butter , egg lenge phir usme milk daalke saari cheezo ko acchi tarah mix karenge ,. Phir usme flour daalenge aur Dough ko smooth hone tak kneading karenge.

Step3:- Jab dough acchi tarah mix ho jaye to use Greased kiye huye mold me 20-25 minutes tak rest de phir usko bowl se nikalker phir se kneading kare jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye.

Step4:- Ab dough ko apne sausage ke anusar weight ka cut ker le , phir dough ko lamba kare aur sausage me lapet de , aur tray me rakh ke proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.

Step5:- Jab bun proffed ho jay to uspe egg wash kare phir se 200⁰c temp pe 15-25 minutes bake kare.

Process of making:- IN English

Step1:- First  little warm milk  and add instant dry yeast and stair the milk.

Step2:- Now in a bowl take sugar , salt , egg and add the yeast mixed milk milk and mix well the add flour and knead the dough until become soft and smooth.

Step3:- When dough become smooth keep it in Greased bowl for 20-25 minutes rest . Again after rest the knead the dough until become soft and smooth.

Step4:- Now cut the dough according to your your sausage and make the dough long like stick and and roll on the saugae. Keep it in tray for proffing.

Step5:- when sausage bun proffed wash with egg and  bake it in preheated oven 200⁰c for 15-25 minutes
