About Schezwan souce

Schezwan souce eak prakar ka bahut he spicy aur bahut he teekha souce hai, Jo Garlic , red green chilli , oil , starful , Tejpatta , salary patta , Ajinomoto , white paper , salt , red chilli paste , vinegar daal ke banaya jata hai .  Jo ki khnane me eakdam mast spicy hota hai. Schezwan souce ka proyog paste banane , fried rice banane , kisi bhi gravey ko thickness badhane , ya kisi dish ko spicy kerne aur taste badhane ke kaam aata hai. Schezwan souce ko bananke aaram se 1 month tak store kiya ja sakta hai. Schezwan souce ko normally bhi khaya jata hai . Schezwan souce ka colour thoda dark red hota hai

Ingredients:- Garlic , Ginger , green chilli , red chilli souce , tomato ketchup , oil , starful , Tejpatta , salary patta , Ajinomoto , red chilli paste , white paper salt , kashmiri red chilli paste, vinegar .

Recipe:- 

Garlic:-                  250 gm

Ginger:-                 150gm

Green chillies:-    200 gm

Food colur:-           Red

Red chilli sauce:-  600 gm

Tomato ketchup:- 400 gm

Oil:-                          500 gm

Salary patta:-         50 gm

Ajinomoto:-             50 gm

White paper:-         25 gm

Salt:-                          40gm (according to taste)

Kashmiri red chilli paste:-               100 gm

Vinegar:-                 5gm

Process of making:– In Hindi

Step1:- Sase pahle garlic , ginger , green chilli , salary patta , ko barik chopping ker lenge .

Step2:- Ab eak bada frying pan lenge usme oil dalenge aur jab oil garm ho jayega to salary patta , starful, Tejpatta dalenge.

Step3:- Ab barik chopping kiye huye ginger , garlic, green chilli ko daalke medium heat pe brown karenge .

Step4:- Ab red chilli paste , red chilli sauce , tomato ketchup , red food colour daalke medium heat pe 25-30 minutes pakayenge.

Step5:- Ab Ajinomoto , white paper , salt aur last me vinegar daalke 5-10 minutes slow heart pe pakayenge.


Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First. Finely chopp ginger , green chillies , Garlic salary leaf .

Step2:- Now take a medium size frying pan and at medium heat add oil and then put salary leaf , starful , Tejpatta and mix well.

Step3:- Now put Finley chopped garlic, ginger , green chilli and bake until brown.

Step4:- Now add red chilli paste , red chilli sauce , tomato ketchup , red food colour and bake for 25-30 minutes. 

Step5:- Now add Ajinomoto , white paper and salt , at last add vinegar and bake 5-10 minutes at low heat.

Note:- Keep in a closed jar , keep away from water .
