Swiss buttercream Recipe

Unsalted butter:- 250 gm
Sugar:- 120 gm
Vanilla powder:- 7 gm
Egg whites 60-70 gm
Process of making:- 
Step1:- In a saucepan at double boiler mix egg white and sugar. And mix untill sugar dissolves in egg white.

Step2:-When temperature becomes 60⁰c, remove from double boiler. And mix until colour becomes white. And wait until mixture cool.

Step3:- Now add butter little by little and and wish for 4-5 minutes. Untill forms stiff peaks.

Step4:-Now add vanilla powder and mix at medium speed.
