About Langos bread

Langos eak prakar ka fry kiya hua flatbread hai . Langos bread Hungarian , aur Greek cuisine me kafi famous hai . Langos bread ke upper cheese , sour cream daalke khaya jata hai . Langos bread ko banane ke liye fried potatoes , yeast , sugar , flour , salt oil milk ka use kiya jata hai. Langos name Hungarian language se liya gya hai . Langos bread khane me bahut tasty hota hai . Langos ko non veg ke sath khane pe bahut tasty lagta hai.  Langos bread ko oil me fry kerke banaya jata hai.

Frying temperature:- 350⁰F

Ingredients:- potato , yeast , sugar , flour , salt , oil

Recipe:- 

Boiled potato:-              300 gm

Yeast:-                               20 gm

Sugar:-                              3tsp

Flour:-                               520 gm

Salt:-                                  17.7 gm

Oil:-                                    20 ml

Milk:-                                 50 ml


Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle normal warm milk me yeast daalker ghol lenge .

Step2:- Ab potato ko boil kerke uska chilka nikal lenge.

Step3:- Ab wisk ki madad se potato ko samach ker lenge.

Step4:- Ab eak bol lenge , phir usme smached potato , sugar , flour , salt , oil lenge  phir milk daalker dough ki kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye. Phir dough ko Greased kiye huye bowl me 1 hours tak rest denge.

Step5:- Ab dough ko bowl se nikal ker phir thoda knead karenge phir apne hisab ke weight me dough ko divide ker denge , phir hatho ki madad se patla flatbread ka shape denge.

Step6:- preheated boiling oil  me 350⁰F pe golden hone tak bake karenge.

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First add mix in normal warm milk and mix well.

Step2:- Now boil the potato and remove the peel.

Step3:- Now smached potato with the wisk.

Step4:- Now in a bowl take smached potato , sugar , flour , salt ,  milk and knead the dough, until become soft and smooth, , Now keep the dough in Greased bowl for 1 hours.

Step5:- Now put out the dough from bowl and knead again , and divide the dough according to your desire weight , with help of hand make dough traditional round  flatbread shape.

Step6:- Fry in preheated boiling oil at 350⁰F .
