Cinnamon roll banana cake 


Brown sugar:-              300 gm 

Cinnamon powder:-    2Tsp

Butter:-                          250 gm 

Flour:-                            720 gm 

Castor sugar:-               400 gm 

Baking powder:-           8 TSP 

Egg:-                                 4 Nos 

Milk:-                               600 ml 

Vanilla extract:-             5 TSP 

Melted butter:-               220 gm 

Bananan:-                        6Nos

Icing sugar:- 400 gm 

Milk:-              100 ml 

Process of making:- 

1:- In a bowl take brown sugar , Cinnamon power, and butter and stair untill combine. And keep a side.

2:- In second bowl take flour, castor sugar , baking powder, then add beaten egg, vanilla essence , and milk and melted butter and and last add smached banana and  stair well .

3:- Now pour the second bowl batter in baking mold , and dollop the first bowl batter on it. Make swirl with help of knife .

4:- Now bake in preheated oven at 160⁰c for 45-50 minutes.

5:- Now in a bowl take icing sugar and milk and stair well and pour on warm cake .

6:- Cool completely before serve.
