Ingredients:- cream cheese, castor sugar , condensed milk, lemon juice , whip cream or batter cream, 
Refrigerating time :- 1-2 hours
Recipe:-  For cheese cake batter 
Cream cheese:-                       900gm
Castor sugar:-                          60 gm
Lemon juice:-                          10-15 ml
Condensed milk:-                   20 gm
Whipped batter cream
Or whip cream.                       120gm
Recipe:- ( For the crust) 
Biscuit:-                              510 gm
Butter:-                              240 ml
Honey:-                             120-130 gm

Process is making:- In Hindi
Step1:- • Sabse pahle cream cheese, fresh cream , condensed milk ko refrigerator se nikal ke bahar room temperature me rakhenge.
• phir biscuit ka crush karenge usme melt butter aur honey daalke acche se mila lenge , phir mold me biscuit butter honey ka mixture daal ke crust taiyar ker lenge 
Step2:- Ab cream cheese ko stand mixer me daalker beat karenge aur tha tha castor sugar add kerte rahe , aur creamy hone tak mix kare.
Step3:- Ab condensed milk , lemon juice  daalke acche se mix kare , mix hone ke baad eak bowl me nikal le .
Step4:- Ab esme whipped batter cream ya whip cream daal ke spetula se mix kare.
Step5:- Ab batter ko mold me bharker , 1-2 hours rest de phir serve kare.

Process of making :- In English
Step1:- First keep cream cheese, fresh cream, condensed milk out of refrigerator for to bring it in room temperature.
• 
Crush the biscuit and add butter and honey and mix well and make crust in cheesse cake baking ring..
Step2:- Now put the cream cheese in stand mixer and beat by adding sugar Little by little and beat until become flapy.
Step 3: Now add condensed milk , and lemon juice and mix well. And keep the batter in a bowl.
Step4:- Now combine whip cream or batter cream in cream cheese .
Step5:- Fill the batter and keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
