Custard , Egg custard 


Milk:-       1 ltr

Sugar:-     300 gm 

Eggs:-        7 nos 

Vanilla essence:- few drops

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First boil the milk. And  add vanilla essence , And keep a side.

Step2:- Now in bowl take Egg and sugar and mix well untill suger dissolve.

Step3:- Now put milk little by little in egg mixture and wisk fast.

Step4:- Now keep it at double boiler and cook until become thick. 

Step5:- Pour the Battar in mold, refrigate before use.
