Raisin rusk 


Flour:-                        1 kg 

Sugar:-                       320 gm 

Fat or butter:-          100 gm 

Yeast:-                         20- 25 gm 

Salt:-                          10 gm 

Milk powder:-          50 gm 

Custard powder:-    15 gm 

Chopped Raisin:-     250 gm 

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First mix yeast in water .

Step2:- Now take flour , sugar , Salt, milk powder now add water and knead the dough with hand or machine, when dough mix well add oil and chopped Raisin and  make smooth dough.

Step3:- Now put the dough in greased square mold for proof.

Step3:- When proffed , bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 25-30 minutes until become golden brown.

Step:- Now cool and slice into quarter inch thickness.

Step5:- Keep the slices into a clean tray.

Step6:- Dry it at 150⁰c for 25-30 minutes.
