Chocolate brownie was created in the United States in the late 18th century. And by the 19th century brownie had become famous all over America and Canada. Brownie is made in a way like fudgy and cakey. To add taste to the brownie, various types of chocolates, nuts are added in it. And for frosting, ganache, cream cheese, hazelnut, peanut are used.
People like to have Brownie with ice cream, or hot chocolate syrup over hot brownie. Brownie is a favourite in restaurants, cafes and coffee houses.
For the first time in 1896, this Brownie recipe was published in the book of Boston cooking school. The brownie recipe was printed in the Machiss cookbook in 1899 and was created officially by Marie Kalley of Whitewater.

I like gooey brownies the most because there is so much chocolate in a gooey brownie that it fills my mouth completely. When I cut the gooey brownie, all the chocolate melts in it and just looking at it, my mouth starts watering.

Process of making:-
Step 1:- First of all take 3 bowls.
Step 2:- Take flour, milk powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, coconut powder in the first bowl and mix everything.
Step 3:- Add condensed milk, castor sugar, mixed fruit jam, milk in the second bowl and mix on medium speed.
Step 4:- Put butter and chocolate in the third bowl and melt it in the microwave.
Step5:- Now add the mixture of the second bowl to the melted chocolate butter and mix it well, then add the mixture of the first bowl to it and mix it at fast speed.
Step6:- Put the batter in the greased mould after placing butter paper in it. Step7:- Bake in a preheated oven at 170⁰c for 40-45 minutes.Note:- Use choco chips or dark chocolate for garnishing.
