French macaroon 

Calories 46 for 12 gm of macaroon 


Icing sugar:- 100 gm 

Almond flour:- 130 gm 

Egg whites:- 4 nos 

Caster sugar:- 200 gm 

Process of making:- 

1:- First take non stick macaroon sheet.

2:- put the icing sugar and almond flour in food processor and blend very fine consistency.

2:- put the egg whites in bowl , and whisk untill stiffly peaking , now add caster sugar little by little and whisk untill thik and very glossy .

Now add almond mixture and using a metal spoon to stire the mixture gently to combine.

3:- Now put the battar in piping bag using plain nosel and pipe rounds on baking sheet, and leave for 30 minutes.

4:- Bake in preheated oven at 160⁰c for 15 minutes or until the surface feels crisp , leave to cool befour serve.
