Pistachio boscotti


Unsalted butter:- 50 gm 

Sugar :- 100 gm 

Lemon zest:- 1 TSP 

Flour:- 250 gm 

Baking powder:- 1 tsp 

Egg yolk:- 50 gm 

Egg whites:- 30 gm 

Pistachio chopped nut 

Process of making:- 

Step1:- Beat butter sugar and lemon zest in a bowl, untill fluffy, then add flour and baking powder, now add egg yolk , egg whites and pistachio nut and mix well and make a soft dough.

Step2:- Now shape dough as roll , and keep in greased baking sheet, and make flatten to depth of 1 cm.

Step3:- Now bake in preheated oven at 160⁰c for 20 minutes untill golden. Now remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes, using a serrated knife cut the biscuit across into 1 cm thick slice , put the Slices again on baking sheet and bake for another 8-10 minutes  . Make it cool befour packing..
