About Green chutney
Chutney indian subcontinent ka eak dish hai. Jiska prayog kisi bhi food ke sath knane me prayog kiya ja sakta hai . Chutney naame se he indian malum padta hai. Chutney ko 500 BC se banaya ja raha hai .
Log khane ke sath chutney lete hai jo ki khatta meetha aur teekha hota hai.chutney ka use sandwich banane me use kiya jata hai . Chutney ka use street food ke sath kiya jata hai. Chutney bahut prakar ki banaye jati hai jaise chilly ,taramind , dates , tomato , mango etc.

Ingredients:- Fresh coriander leaf, mint leaf, jinger , garlic, salt Roasted gramnut , green chilli, cold water/ ice cube ,lemon, jeera powder.
Recipe:-
Coriander leaves :- 250gm
Mint leaves:- 50 gm
Jinger:- 20gm
Garlic:- . 15 gm
Salt:- according to taste
Roasted gramnut:- 100 gm
Green chilli:- 10 -15 piece
Cold water/ ice cube:- As required
Lemon:- . 1 piece
Jeera powder:- 5gm
Process of making :- In Hindi
Step:- Sabse pahle sare vegetable ko acche se dhul lenge , coriander aur mint leaves ko kai baar dhulenge , taki uske sath dust na aa jaye .
Step2:- Ab sare material ko eak sath leker mixer me daalker pees lenge.
Step3:- Phir band dabba me refrigerator me rakh ke kai dino tak serve kare ..
Note:- Chutney me gramnut smoothness ke liye dala jata hai.

Step:- First clean all tha vegetables, clean mint and coriander leaves very carefully and many time .
Step2:- Now put all the ingredients in mixer , and mix until become a paste.
Step3:- store in refrigerator in closed jar or bottle or container .
Note :- Add gramnut for more smoothness and it is optional
