Apple tertin tarte


Puff pastry sheet:-                  10 inch round 

Apple:-                                      1.5 kg

Butter:-                                     35 gm

Sugar:-                                      30 gm

Lemon juice:-                          15 ml

Cinnemon powder:-              1 pinch

Curdemom powder:-            1 pinch 

Process of making:- 

1:- First wash the apple and peel, cut in two pieces and core them.

2:- In a pan take butter , sugar and lemon juice , keep it at medium flame untill start boiling, Now arrange the apples in pan and bake in preheated oven at 175⁰c for 15 minutes. After bake make it cool.

3:- Now take puff pastry sheet and put it on the top of apple, tucking it in a little around the edge, and bake again at preheated oven at 175⁰c for 30-35 minutes.

4:- Now with plate knife to loosen any apples that might stick to side of pan , place a large plate over the pan and invert both , lift up the pan to reveal the apple tertin tarte.
