Mango kulfi 


Mango puree:-                    132 gm 

Mango:-                                130 gm 

Kesar , Saffron :-                 6 gm 

Milk:-                                    135 gm 

Cornflour:-                           6 gm 

Sugar:-                                  10 gm

Cardamom powder:-         6 gm

Process of making:- 

Step1:- In a small bowl warm the milk and add saffron and mix well , and keep in side.

Step2:- Now in a bowl take cornflour and  water and make a mixture . 

Step3:- Now heat the milk , on medium flame for 5-7 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Step4:- Now add cornflour mixture and sugar and mix well and cook for 20-25 minutes while stirring occasionally, and scraping the side and buttom.

Step5:- Now off the flame and make mixture completely cool.

Step6:- When mixture become cool , then add mango puree and cardamom powder and mix  with wisk. At last add Mango slices and mix well. 

Step7:- Now pour the mixture into kulfi mold, and refrigerate for 6-7 hours in winter and overnight in summer.

Step8:- To unmold the kulfi , keep it 5 minutes out of freeze , and unmold by inserting a wooden skewer stick in center,And pull it out gently.
