Unsalted butter:- 1000gm
Castor sugar:-. 1000 gm
Milk powder:-. 160 gm
Flour:- 1600 gm
Baking powder:- 1tsp
Baking soda:- 1/2 TSP
Milk:- 50 ml
Oats:- 250+150
Process of making:-
Step1:- First beat castor sugar and butter in stand mixer or planetary mixer , until sugar melt.
Step2:- In a bowl take milk powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda and 250 oats and mix in butter mixture little by little on medium speed.
Step3:- Use milk as required..
Step4:- Make 16-20 gm of round , and dipped into milk and put in oats and give a shape .
Step5:- Bake in preheated oven at 170⁰ for 25-30 minutes.
