Watermelon ice-cream

Watermelon juice :-                        300 -345 ml 

Heavy cream( chilled) :-                400 gm 

Milkmaid:-                                       230 gm

Vanilla essence:-                             few drops 

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First we take chilled 400 gm of heavy cream and beat until become soft peaks form.

Step2:- Add vanilla essence .

Step3:- Add condensed milk and mix at medium speed.

Step4:- Now add watermelon juice and mix well.

Step5:- Now put the mixture in icecream freezer box for 6-8 hours . 

Note:- For this recipe use chilled bowl.
