Watermelon ice-cream

Recipe :- 

Whip cream:-                      1 kg 

Heavy cream:-                   450 gm 

Condensed milk:-.             200 gm 

Vanilla essence:-               1 Tsp 

Watermelon puree:-        450 gm

Process of making:- 

Step1:- In a bowl take chilled melted whip cream heavy cream , condensed milk , vanilla essence and watermelon puree.

Step2:- Mix well with wisk.

Step3:- Now pour the mixture in icecream crusher machine  and crush the mixture for 18 to 25 minutes.

Step3:- After crushing the mixture , drain the mixture in bowl and spread some watermelon seed .  And keep in deep freezer for 8 to 12 hours for set.

Note:- Use Gelato icecream crusher machine.
