Flour:-  1 kg 

Sugar :- 120 gm 

Salt:-      20 gm 

Gluten :- 7 gm 

Calcium powder:- 10 gm 

Bread Improver :-  10 gm 

Milk powder :-        70 gm 

Yeast :-    25 gm 

Butter :- 70 gm 

Oil :- 50 gm 

Water:- 550 ml 

Sesame seeds :- For Garnishing 

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First mix yeast in water .

Step2:- Take flour , sugar , salt , gluten , improver , c.p , milk powder , butter in a bowl.

Step3 :- Put above ingredients in spiral mixer or by adding water knead with hand.

Step4:- Now add oil and knead until dough become smooth and elastic.

Step5:- Give dough some rest .

Step6:- Now cut in piece desire size , and make round shape and keep in greased tray.

Step7:- Now keep the bun for proofing, until double in size.

Step8 :- Bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 18 minutes.
