Malai kulfi
Recipe:-
Milk:- 1 kg
Khoya:- 250 gm
Sugar:- 50 gm
Process of making:-
Step1:- Boil the milk .
Step2:- Add khoya and boil untill milk become â…“.
Step3:- Add sugar and cook until milk become thick.
Step4:- Now cool the mixture .
Step5:- pour the mixture into kulfi mold.
Step5:- Keep in refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
Step6:- To unmold the kulfi , keep it 5 minutes out of freeze , and unmold by inserting a wooden skewer stick in center,And pull it out gently.
