Mango ganache recipe
Recipe:-
White chocolate:- 230 gm
Heavy cream:- 170 gm
Unsalted butter:- 20 gm
Mango puree:- 40 gm
Process of making:-
Step1:- First in a pan take heavy cream , keep at medium flame ,untill cream boiling
Step2:- When cream boiling , make flame off and add chopped white chocolate, mango puree and unsalted butter.
Step3:- mix it well with wisk.
Step4:- Sieve the mixture , make it cool , wrap well with ceiling film, and keep in refrigerator for set.
