Milk chocolate coffee ganache 


Milk chocolate:-               200 gm 

Heavy cream:-                  100 gm 

Coffee powder:-                10 gm 

Caster sugar:-                     20 gm 

Salt:-                                     ½ pinch 

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First in a pan take heavy cream at medium flam.

Step2:- when cream start boiling then make flame off add chopped milk chocolate, coffee powder , castor sugar , salt and mix well with wisk.

Step3:- Make it cool and wrap well and keep in refrigerator for set.
